Eric ducks his head a little, the light above the door highlighting his cheekbones and casting everything else into deep shadow.
"What brings me all the way out here in general?" he murmurs, leaning one arm against the top of the doorframe.
It's a rickety old plywood house. Everything's small and crooked. Well, mostly everything.
His eyes trail down the side of Lafayette's neck, across the visible skin revealed by the robe, up one arm, and back too his face. His lips first. Then his eyes.
His lips quirk in a tiny smile.
"I've brought you something," he says.
It's in his other hand. He's keeping it halfway hidden, but it must be in his other hand.
