OOM: Fangtasia

They made it through the door unseen and Eric handed Jay a slip of paper before practically pushing him out of the staff entrance door.

There was half an hour till opening time but a line had already formed outside the windowless, black painted building. Goths and punks and quite a few locals as well. The latter were especially rowdy, gathering their courage and riling each other up.

"Oh fuck! Oh please, Eric! Don't! Need you. I need..." Jay trails off into a broken moan. And because Jay likes to play too, "Sheriff, please! I'm begging you!"

Maybe it works.
Maybe Eric just gets bored quickly.

Whatever the reason, Jay will find himself getting the funked mercilessly against the hard desk.

Mind your hip bones Jay.

And getting louder with every thrust, his fingers scratching at the surface of the table as Eric fucks him raw. And let's face it, he loves the bruises.

It isn't long before Jay is screaming with pleasure, making a mess of Eric's beautiful table as he gives in to it.

But you know Jay, he has no problem with Eric going for as long as he wants. As long as he doesn't expect Jay to do anything but lay there.

And Eric has no problem with that either it seems.

At least till there is a perfunctory knock at the door and Pam comes in.

"I said, " Eric snarls," that I was busy. "

" No, "Pam retorts blandly." You told me to hold your calls. So I am holding one. For Sophie Ann. "

Eric mutters an expletive and pulls out.
" Stay here, "a finger pointed at Jay.

" Don't eat him. "A finger pointed at Pam.

He picks up the phone and wanders into the small, adjacent room as he does up his pants.

Yeah, because Jay has a choice? Boneless, sticky and bleeding. Jay clings to the desk to stay upright before giving up and sliding to the floor in a heap with a somewhat pained gulp. "Ouch."

He manages to smiles up at Pam. "Hi?"

She looks at Jay. Then she looks at the table. Then she says, "At least he had the sense to move the tax forms this time. Would you mind not dripping on the floor?"

Another once over.
"As I said, nothing left for me. "

Jay chuckles and reaches for his shirt to hold over the bite on his shoulder. "Can't be wasting that, now can we?" Even half drained, he's still joke. Resilient.

He shrugs. "Sorry, maybe next time. Hey, I meant to say and I'm sure you've got it covered but the local boys at the table 10 o'clock from the stage: the one in the grey cowboy boots is carrying something in his front right pocket. I'm gunna guess it's something he's not meant to have in here."

"I wasn't talking about your blood," Pam purrs. Not unlike Eric.

As he warns her, she raises an eyebrow. "Pretty and perceptive. What ever will they think of next? I had better go say hi then. Word of advice, don't ask Eric about his phone call."

And with that she's gone.

Eric is still in the next room, talking in a low but insistent tone.

"Oops, my bad!" He grins at that purr and makes a quick job of cleaning up. This tee-shirt is going to have some fun smells for the vampires in the bar.

"Just use to watching the edge." He smiles and gives her another bowing nod. "Thanks for the head's up."

He stays sitting on the floor, seems easier for now.

Eric walks back into the room and hurls the phone against the far wall with so much force that it practically explodes.
"Fucking cunt,"he snarls before turning his attention to Jay. And the missing Pam.

"Where's Pam?" he asks as he bends down to lick briefly at Jay's shoulder.

Jay turns his head to give Eric better access to his slowly bleeding neck without reacting to the phone or the expletives. "She stepped back into the bar to deal with something."

With his shoulder now healed he pulls himself up to his feet, if a little unsteadily. "Do you want me out?"

Eric steps closer, looking down at him, face inscrutable.
"No," he says. And then he dips his head and kisses Jay on the lips.

It's a brief kiss. Almost platonic.

[runningred]

The kiss is sweet in it's own way and makes Jay smile. "Then do you mind if I collapse into a chair? This whole standing up thing is massively overrated." Not that he's holding himself up by will alone or anything.

[onceaviking]

"No, do that," Eric says, absentmindedly. "I have to talk to Pam."

He turns to leave. And then he turns back to Jay.
"You okay? "
The whole having to sit down thing is new.

[runningred]

"Thanks." He sits with a soft hiss, entertainingly sore.

He looks up at Eric with a soft laugh and a fond smile. "I'm fine. Just a little low on juice. It might have been a century for you but by my count you've feed on me four times in two days. Even with the blood boost, that take it out of a guy. Give me a few minutes and I'll be good."

Eric hesitates - then he bites down on his own thumb and runs it across Jay's lips.
Then he heads back into the bar, leaving Jay in the chair.

Jay opens his mouth to the touch licking quickly before Eric vanishes out the door. He licks his lips clean and gives the healing blood a moment to settle in. Somehow it's a little different here. Stronger, the buzz of healing coming quicker. Maybe being in Eric's home world rather than Milliways changes the way the blood works.

For the moment Jay's content to sit curled up in one of Eric's chairs, feeling his blood replenish itself far faster than normal. Hell, maybe Pam will be able to have a go after all. Either way, he stays put for now, not wanting to get in the way of whatever's happening.

The door opens and Eric reenters, shutting it behind him.

"Pam says you were being clever," he says, before dropping down in a chair opposite Jay.

[runningred]

Jay shrugs, he was just as happy for Pam to take the credit. "Just observant. The guy kept touching his pocket. People only do that when they're carrying something they're afraid to lose or afraid to get caught with. That group struck me as trouble at the door."

He smiles to Eric, his eyes a little hazy with the blood. "So what was he carrying? I would have put money on s switch-knife."

"A stake," Eric says with a tight lipped smile. "A tiny, little stake. He's busy regretting it right now."

[runningred]

"I'm sure Pam's being very thorough about that. I was worried they'd go after the girl; the one who threw herself at you earlier. They struck me as the sorts who'd mess with a young girl because they didn't have the guts to pick a fight with anyone stronger."

[onceaviking]

"I don't even think they were going fight to begin with. Just show off by being daring." The sarcasm burns.

"Then Pam called him out and he thought that he could deal with her. And he was wrong."

[runningred]

"Oh dear. She did mention that dress wasn't meant for cleaning in." Jay sighs. "How bad's the mess?"

He unfolds slowly from the chair, stilling up and stretching his limbs. "I feel like I should tell - your blood seems to work different here. Stronger, quicker, more potent. Makes me wonder if Milliways has been filtering out some of the effects."

[onceaviking]

"She just broke his arm. In three places. And smashed his collarbone. No blood. It excites the regulars too much."

When Jay mentions the different effect of his blood, he briefly closes his eyes.
"I can't feel you,"he says, opening his eyes again. "We should be good."

[runningred]

"Ooh Nasty! He's not going to forget that in a hurry. Collarbones are a bastard to heal and too damn easy to re-break." Speaking from bitter experience. "It seemed like the regulars got plenty excited when you fed off me on the dais."

He cocks his head, watching Eric's expression. "That's what you meant by bonded? You'd be able to feel me? Interesting. I guess as long as we keep it to Milliways, you won't have to put up with me in your head."
